Expect a substantial decline in Pakistan’s petrol prices

Good news for Pakistani consumers: there’s a significant drop expected in fuel prices. Petrol might go down by Rs 13, and diesel by Rs 15 per liter from December 16.

The dip in global oil prices, with petrol per barrel decreasing by $5.49 to $94.95 and diesel by $5.13 to $100.05, contributes to this potential relief.

The government will make the final decision on revised prices by December 15, and if approved, the new prices will be effective from December 16. This reduction responds to changes in the global oil market dynamics of the global oil market.
