KARACHI: Federal Finance Minister Shaukat Tarin has said that if the economic policies of the government are better then there will be investment.
Addressing traders and investors in Karachi, Federal Minister for Finance Shaukat Tarin said that facilities have been provided to traders in the budget and the government is trying to solve their problems.
“I don’t believe in committees. I came to you after meeting the SBP officials. If the government’s economic policies are better, there will be investment,” he said.
Tarin said that it is the responsibility of the government to satisfy the traders, adding that the government will improve its economic policies in the interest of the traders.
The government has made short and long term plans for economic improvement, he added.
The finance minister said that there is no religion of capital, nor geographical boundary, the investor goes where the profit is visible.
